Short Course: Patterns of Promise. Discovering Christ in the Old Testament
31st October
Study Day with the Dominican Friars at Blackfriars, Oxford
What do Adam, Joshua, the Son of Man and the suffering Job have to do with Jesus Christ?
The writers of the New Testament saw the Old Testament as a world alive with patterns, promises and mysteries pointing towards Christ.
Join us at Blackfriars Oxford to learn how to read these ancient texts with new eyes—and to discover how the story of prophets and patriarchs opens into the Gospel.
This study day for lay people is designed to strengthen your faith and understanding.
