Remembering your loved ones – Special Event

November is the month when Catholics make a special effort to pray for the dead.
If you would like the brethren to pray for the souls of your loved ones, you can add their name to our November Dead List online or by posting a note through our letterbox using the envelopes provided at the back of church.
Mass will be offered every day for the names on this list by one of the brethren throughout the month of November, but on Friday 24th November at 6pm there will be a Solemn Mass for the Dead here at Blackfriars offered for all the names on this list.
The Mass will be followed by a small reception in the Priory afterwards to which you are invited.
A Sign of Our Gratitude
We are very conscious that we rely on the support of our benefactors to sustain our life and mission here at Blackfriars, and we are very grateful for that support. One of the ways that we can give something back to you is to pray for you, and to pray for those that you love. We want to pray for you as a sign of our gratitude for all that you do for us. So please do let us know who you would like us to pray for this November and do come along to the mass on Friday 24th November at 6pm so that we can thank you in person.
